Nootropix M.E. Para Pharmaceutical Products Trading ("Nootropix") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

How to start a return

  1. Email support@nootropix.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return label or pickup arrangement where applicable
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Nootropix covers the cost of returning eligible items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)
  • Please allow 7–14 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to be issued
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error

Orders that do not arrive

If your order does not arrive and is confirmed lost in transit or returned to us undeliverable, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds for non-delivery are issued after carrier status is verified; this may take additional time beyond standard return processing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the eligible product per this policy and place a new order.
