Orders ship from Dubai. UAE delivery is free. International orders are prepaid and sent with Aramex tracking.

UAE delivery

4-Hour Dubai Delivery — Free. Order by 6 PM. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered next-day. Dubai only.

Next-Day UAE Delivery — Free. Order by 6 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following day. Covers Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

International delivery

All supported international shipments are sent through Aramex. International orders must be prepaid. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by customs clearance, local import restrictions, public holidays or remote-area delivery.

• Tracked GCC Delivery — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. AED 90; free from AED 750. Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Tracked International Delivery — all other countries except UAE, GCC, Canada and North Macedonia. AED 150; free from AED 1,200. Estimated 8–15 business days after dispatch.
• Tracked International Delivery — Canada and North Macedonia. AED 260; free from AED 1,500. Estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Rates are flat by destination.

Customs and delivery conditions

Customs duties, taxes and import charges are not included unless they are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying applicable destination-country charges.
