Shipping policy

Orders ship from Dubai. UAE delivery is free. International orders are prepaid and shipped with Jeebly.

UAE delivery

All order cutoffs below use Dubai time. Service depends on the delivery area and its scheduled service days.

Orders placed by 12 PM

Order by 12 PM for the day’s standard collection. Swftbox handles most local orders. Delivery follows the area schedule below:

  • Covered areas of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: same-day delivery, every day.
  • Covered areas of Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: same-day delivery, Monday–Saturday. No Sunday delivery.
  • Covered areas of Al Ain: next-day delivery, except Sunday.
  • Fujairah, Kalba and Khor Fakkan: scheduled delivery on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This schedule applies to Swftbox-covered areas, not every address within each region.

Dubai express delivery after 12 PM

For covered Dubai addresses, orders placed after 12 PM and by 6 PM use express delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 hours. Orders placed after 6 PM are delivered the next day with the noon collection.

Remote UAE areas

We use Jeebly’s next-day service for remote UAE addresses.

Swftbox’s standard collection window is 10 AM–12 PM daily. For Swftbox-covered areas outside Dubai, orders placed after the 12 PM cutoff follow the next available collection and the area’s service schedule. Contact support@nootropix.shop if you need help confirming timing for your address.

Tracking

We email tracking details when your order is fulfilled. Swftbox shipments include a Swftbox tracking number. Use the shipment link or courier reference provided in your email. Your Nootropix order number may be different from the courier tracking number.

International delivery

All supported international shipments are sent through Jeebly. International orders must be prepaid. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by customs clearance, local import restrictions, public holidays or remote-area delivery.

  • Tracked GCC Delivery — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. AED 90; free from AED 750. Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracked International Delivery — all other supported countries except UAE, GCC, Canada and North Macedonia. AED 150; free from AED 1,200. Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracked International Delivery — Canada and North Macedonia. AED 260; free from AED 1,500. Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Rates are flat by destination. Destination availability and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

Customs and delivery conditions

Customs duties, taxes and import charges are not included unless they are shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying applicable destination-country charges.

Please provide a complete address, a reachable telephone number and accurate delivery information.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Contact us and we’ll assist with carrier-related delivery issues.

If a shipment is returned because of refusal, unpaid duties, an incorrect address or an unresponsive recipient, documented return or redelivery costs may be deducted from the refund after we review the carrier status. These deductions do not apply to a delivery failure caused by Nootropix or the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments and other undeliverable returns qualify for a full refund as explained in our Refund Policy.

Certain products may be restricted by local destination-country regulations. Customers are responsible for confirming local import eligibility.
